1. Satisfaction Guarantee
Skirn Club offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our services. If you're not completely satisfied with the quality, professionalism, or condition of any service provided, we will work with you to provide a solution at our discretion, which may include additional treatment, service adjustments, or partial refunds.
This guarantee applies to both one-time services and package treatments.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
- Service Quality Issues: If you experience a problem with the quality of service provided
- Medical Contraindications: If a medical condition develops that prevents you from continuing treatment (medical documentation required)
- Adverse Reactions: If you experience severe adverse reactions to a treatment beyond the normal expected side effects
- Service Not Provided: If a pre-paid service was not provided as scheduled due to our error
- Relocation: If you relocate more than 100 km from our facility (proof of new address required and certain restrictions apply)
3. Refund Request Timeframe
To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of the issue within:
- 48 hours of your appointment for service quality issues or adverse reactions
- 7 days of discovering a medical contraindication (with supporting documentation)
- 30 days of pre-paying for services that were not received
- Before your third treatment in a package for general dissatisfaction with results

4. How to Request a Refund
Refund Request Process:

5. Refund Methods and Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunded to the original card (5-10 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution)
- Bank Transfers: Refunded via bank transfer (3-5 business days)
- Cash Payments: Refunded in cash if the amount is under €100, or by bank transfer for larger amounts
For partial service packages where some treatments have been used, refunds will be calculated based on the standard per-session rate, not the discounted package rate.
6. Cancellation Policy
6.1 Appointment Cancellations
Our appointment cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 24 hours' notice: No cancellation fee, appointment can be rescheduled
- Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% cancellation fee may apply
- No-show: 100% of the appointment fee may be charged

6.2 Package Cancellations
For pre-paid treatment packages:
- Before first treatment: Full refund minus a €50 administrative fee
- After one treatment: Refund for unused sessions minus the regular price of the completed session and a €50 administrative fee
- After multiple treatments: Prorated refund for unused sessions calculated at the standard single-session rate for the treatments already received
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally non-refundable:
- Special promotional offers marked as "non-refundable"
- Gift certificates (but they are transferable and valid for 12 months)
- Products that have been opened or used
- Administrative fees for processing refunds
- Consultations fees (these are typically credited toward treatment if you proceed)
8. Treatment Results and Expectations
Laser hair removal results vary from person to person based on hair color, skin type, hormonal factors, and adherence to pre and post-treatment instructions. While we strive for excellent results for all clients:
- We cannot guarantee complete permanent hair removal for all clients
- The typical expectation is 70-90% reduction after a full course of treatments
- Some hair regrowth may occur due to hormonal changes or dormant follicles becoming active
- Maintenance treatments may be needed after completing the initial series
Refunds based solely on dissatisfaction with results will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and typically require completion of at least 3-4 treatments, as significant results are not expected after just 1-2 sessions.
9. Special Circumstances
9.1 Medical Contraindications
If you develop a medical condition that contraindicates laser hair removal (such as pregnancy, certain medications, or skin conditions), we offer the following options:
- Pausing your treatment package until the condition resolves (package validity will be extended)
- Transferring your remaining sessions to another person
- Refunding unused sessions with proper medical documentation
9.2 Relocation
If you are relocating more than 100 km from our facility:
- You must provide proof of your new address
- Refunds for unused sessions will be prorated based on the regular price of sessions already used
- An administrative fee of €50 will apply
9.3 Gift Certificates
Gift certificates:
- Are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
- Can be transferred to another person
- May be extended in exceptional circumstances at our discretion
10. Dispute Resolution
